Jayme began her yoga journey during her time at theatre school and fell in love with the practice. She began sharing this practice with others six years ago upon completing her 240 hour teacher training with Daniel Clement of Open Source Yoga. A believer that the true path to contentment is an authentic and strong relationship with the self, Jayme knows yoga to be an excellent tool to develop this relationship. Her classes are dynamic, playful, expressive, and aimed at strengthening the mind-body connection and subsequently finding a peaceful state of being. Jayme is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, leading workshops and consulting privately to help people feel their best by finding their ideal dietary lifestyle.
