Energetic Clearing

Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for self-healing. This particular breathing pattern moves stuck energy, allows us to let go of the mind, and opens the heart. This is a powerful tool for processing unresolved pain and healing trauma. Each person chooses the degree to which they breathe, and is guided by facilitators during each session. The experience is directed by setting intentions, holding prayers and by Source Consciousness. Most people leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their heart and soul.

Pranayama

We gently begin to awaken the energy body. Breath is life and in every breath is an opportunity to live our lives more fully and love more freely! Prana (life force) breathes us and when we consciously bring awareness to the breath we purify and awaken our system and psychic channels! Many of these practices are based on ancient Himalayan Kriya Yoga sequences with a great variety of classical mudras and Pranayamas. We enter life with inhale and we leave with exhale… so lets make all the in between count! This is the class to replace your morning coffee

Breath Wisdom Ceremony

Guided conscious connected breathing is an effective vehicle to explore deep hidden emotions and to realign them with divine purpose. Music, crystal bowls and tuning forks are used to harmonize the body’s energy and balance organs. As a participant you will have the opportunity to address core issues held in the subconscious and access your own internal healing energy.
